Hello!
Before we migrated our Confluence Server to our new Confluence Cloud, I created a site to test the features and migration of our Confluence site.
Now, I want to delete the site that I created for testing and I can't find a way to delete it as the option in removing the subscription is to cancel only and it transferred to the free subscription.
I am hoping someone can help me delete the testing site that I created as other users from primary confluence cloud can see it.
Thanks in advance everyone!
Hi Aldritz!
If you want to delete a site, you must cancel the subscription.
Go to Cog icon > Billing > Manage subscriptions > Cancel subscriptions.
(Reference https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/cancel-a-subscription/)
From what I researched it seems like Atlassian does the following:
After your subscription period ends, you’ll be able to access your site for 15 more days. Your site will then be deactivated, and your product data will be retained for a period of time, which varies depending on your plan.
If you want an immediate deletion of your personal data, you can submit a request.
I hope this helps!
Hi Yamam,
Goit it! I guess contacting Atlassian is the fastest way for this. Thank you!
