I am trying to configure a Confluence Team Calendar to display Jira issue dates. However, when I add a “Jira Issue Dates” event to the calendar, the available date fields appear to be fixed and only show a limited selection (e.g., “Due Date”). Other fields like “Start Date” and “End Date” are not available as options.
Hello @Gordon
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Does the referenced Jira instance and CC4 Update project have additional custom date fields already created?
When I try to do the same with my instances I see all the custom date fields I have created in Jira.
Thank you for your response.
1.The CC4 Update project in question is a Team-managed business project
2.It includes fields like Start Date, Begin Date, and End Date, but these do not appear in the Confluence Team Calendar when adding “Jira Issue Dates” events.
Additionally, I noticed that all projects in the calendar show the same limited set of date fields, regardless of whether they are Team-managed or Company-managed.

What I am experiencing is that all globally-defined custom date and custom date/time picker fields are displayed, regardless of which project I pick (Team vs. Company, Software vs. Business). By "globally-defined" I mean those are the fields defined by a Jira Admin through Settings / Issues / Custom Fields. I am a Jira Product Admin, Confluence Admin, and Organization Admin; I don't know if that makes a difference.
Additionally when I select a Team Managed project (tested both Software and Business projects being selected) the the custom Timestamp fields for that one project are in the list.
If that is not your experience you may want to raise a support ticket directly with Atlassian to see if there is a specific problem with your environment.
