Our SSO cert expired, we are trying to figure out how to log on to confluence with a local account. we cannot log on right now because the SSO url takes place.
This applies to server and data center (DC) editions of Jira and Confluence.
If you have a working SSO account, you can log out and get login page with username and password:
Usually this requires that the system is configured to allow bypassing SSO authentication.

Have you tried to login through a private browser window (also known as incognito). This should allow you to bypass the SSO.

There is a typo on step one, SQL is case sensitive for the columns so the 'bandana' does not work but 'BANDANA' does.
