Hello.
I feel it's a problem that I have not measured member's tasks performance quantitatively and not managed their progress or current issues.
So, I'm planning to use Confluence.
But, I have no idea how to do above.
So, could you give me your idea?
My requirements are as follows:
- Recording Today's tasks
- Measuring time spent on the each tasks
- Recording the progress or issues on the each tasks
- Managing routine tasks (It's a pain to register with Jira every time)
- Analyzing member's performance quantitatively with graphs etc.
- being as efficient as possible.
Thank you.
Hi @m-ogasawara
Well you can definitely use Confluence to create some project pages and individual team member specific pages to collaborate with them and keep track of high level objectives/goals but when it comes to KPIs then you will have to rely on Jira where details are kept.
You can use Confluence along with Jira and create simple reports using Jira macros.
Take a look at some of the templates in Confluence to get started quickly.
Regards,
Ravi
