It is unclear tom e how exactly the users/guests ratio of 5 guests per 1 (paid) user works. Suppose I have a site that has 9 paid users, is it then possible to add 45 guests that have access to a single space within that site? The site would be on the standard plan.
Hi @Han Limburg - From what I am seeing your example is correct. A few things to keep in mind is that you would still need to be within the user limit of your plan. Here is some documentation on these items:
Guests to Space:
https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/assign-space-access-to-guests/
Confluence Standard Plan Limits:
https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/learn-about-confluence-cloud-plans/#Standard
Thanks Bryan - I assume that the user limit in this case (in the standard plan) is defined as the max number of users the plan could have (as opposed to the actual number of users it currently has)
