How many times I can renew trial licenses?

I have a question about Confluence/Jira different apps trial licenses.

The app's documentation page says that I can renew license key for up to 5 times.

How can I make sure how many times I have updated the key? Is 5 times per person or per organization? What happens after I have updated license key 5 times?

it is 5 times per atlassian account (person). After 5 times you can not generate trial license for that app.
