We have a page that is generally open to the whole of our Confluence public. However there are one or two people abusing this privilege and posting "none helpful or abusive" comments. The owner of the page has asked that we prevent these people from being able to continuing viewing the page.
However, I have experimented around and not found a way to eliminate them while allow the general public access to the page. Could someone give me an idea of how to do this?
Thanks
Greg DC
In our system we control the creation of user profiles via the LDAP. So these people will not be able to get around the block that way. But thanks for your input.
What's to stop them from creating another user account and spamming more? Confluence wont solve this for you. You'll need one level higher like blacklisting IP.
