We have a few standard text paragraphs that we re-use often.

We have added these standard texts as separate pages in a dedicated space. On each of these pages the text is placed inside the Excerpt macro. In other words these are the source pages.

Then on other pages in other spaces we have the target pages. These are pages where we want to include one or more of the standard texts mentioned above. We include these on the target pages using the Excerpt Include macro.

Thus, whenever we need to edit one of the standard texts we do that in one place - once - and all the target pages are instantly up-to-date.

A page can have only one Excerpt macro, as far as I know, since when you reference it later you reference it by the page name/title.

A page may have any number of Excerpt Include macros.

If you need to have a source page with several excerpts defined, you need the paid app MultiExcerpt (see marketplace).
