How do you set up bookmarks and anchors in new editor

We have tried the anchor/link the way this article is telling us only we are in new editor and it is not working 100%. What other way can we do this in the new editor, https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/insert-the-anchor-macro/

Hi @Sue Hannan , have a look at this document if you have not already - insert-the-anchor-macro . Anchors has definitely changed in the new editor.

@Jack Brickey thank you...I did see how. However, if doing a book mark within an expand/collapse can you place an anchor on the expand carrot and/or in the expanded content? and have the link take you to the carrot and/or the content in the expanded section?
