How do you send an email with Comala Workflow when a Read Confirmation is Assigned? Edited

I am trying to send an email with the trigger above. I have tried both static and dynamic user value references. Unfortunately, no email or notification is being sent. Space Notification Settings are currently set to default.

As a note:

I am able to generate emails for assigned reviews and assigned tasks with the {send-email} macro, however, no default emails for reviews, tasks, or read confirmations are sent even with Space Notification Settings set to default.

That should work. Could you open a ticket with our support team at https://support.comalatech.com so that they can investigate further? It would be helpful if you could attach your complete workflow as a text file so they can see the event in context.
