How do you make emoji appear on Confluence Cloud?

Hi, 

I've been trying to insert Emojis to my pages but some of them appear normal, some of them don't. Is there a way to make all of them appear properly?

If I open this documentation from Confluence I get the same error that you get, so it must be a problem on their side, not yours

However it works properly on my cloud instance.

How long has this been happening for?  Are you linked to Hipchat?

Thanks for your response. 

No, I'm not linked to Hipchat, and it's been happening ever since I opened my space in March. I had never seen the emoji appear apart from a couple that seems "accidentally" appeared...
