I have a view of all the tasks that are being worked on. I want to create a macro that once a status of complete is selected in the dropdown of choices it will no longer show in the table view with the active tasks. I'm looking at the ConfiForms IFTTT Integration Rules, OnModifiedn but I'm not sure how to get this to work. Any advice is greatly appreciated
Hi @Dena Ahlers
All you have to do is to set a filter on the TableView to include only the data you want

Alex Medved _ConfiForms_ Alex you were such a huge help with my last issue I'm wondering if you could help me with another question. I have one form set up that lists different escalation levels per the type of role is assigned.
Then I have another form that lists our users, their team, roles etc. I would like to have this escalation role automatically shown when the role is selected (since the role and escalation level work together on the first form). Would I use a ConfiForm Field Definition Rule for this, and if so, would you know what or how I would set this up to pull this information when the role is selected?
Thank you for any advice you can provide

Yes, you are absolutely correct about the using of "ConfiForms Field Definition Rule"
Are your forms connected via a smart field?
Little demo and it's pretty simple: http://recordit.co/X3HEOYhzUS
