How do you hide "Space Settings" from side bar for non-login users?

Please hide or remove "Space Settings" from being displayed for non-login users. It s a clutter and not useful for non-login users. These items are obviously not meant to be accessible or visible for viewers and only creates frustration for our viewers/non-login users.
