At Teams '23 the Whiteboard booth was showing off some of their usage of Confluence. One of the things their team did was they had an epic progress bar on their feature pages in Confluence. How were they able to do that?

Are you referring to an interactive roadmap like the one below?
I thought I was shown just a simple progress bar view of the epic. Much like you see in the backlog.

Hmm.. unfortunately I wasn't present at Team '23. However all the feature which announced can be read here https://www.atlassian.com/blog/announcements/confluence-new-ways-to-collaborate
Most of them are not implemented yet, such as orderly databases, AI etc.
