I am the CM for my team and my Team is looking to use Confluence. How do I create a Space for my Team and get started? Is there a tutorial? How do I get my Team started on Confluence?

Are you looking for Cloud version or Data Server (self-hosted)?
If Cloud version, you can create an account at Atlassian.com and setup the Confluence web site. By default, you will be the space administrator and you can invite up to 10 users to use it for free.
If Data Center, then you will have to install it in your server and setup it up. Installation is easy and straight-forward and you can customize the settings later on like mail server, language etc. But, this comes with 30 day free trail version only and will have to purchase the license there after.
