How do I rectify an error in saving on draw.io?

I have been trying to make amendments on a diagram created with draw.io and it keeps displaying the message "error in saving file/timeout" and not allowing me to save any changes made. Can you shed some light on why this might be and/or a way in which to troubleshoot?

It's probably best to talk to "//SEIBERT/MEDIA - Draw.io" if their app is timing out.

Try submitting a support request with them. They may be able to tell you if it's a problem with their app, or with Confluence Cloud itself.
