We have markdown documentation in a private Github repository that we'd like to pull into Confluence. Is there a macro or an integration that can help us achieve that?
Hello
We (Mibex Software) just release Include GitHub for Confluence Cloud. It allows you include files from a public or private GitHub repository.
You can try it out and see if it works for your use case. If something is missing or it does not work for your use case, let us know.
We found an alternative app that allows access to private GIT files. Named Git for Confluence, find it at Git for Confluence | Markdown, PlantUML, Graphviz, Mermaid | Atlassian Marketplace

Hi @Mohammed Davoodi Thank you for your question and apologies for our late response. As @Tracy Deffendol already mentioned (thanks!) Git for Confluence is most likely what you are looking for. You can Embed Git files and folders in Confluence and synchronize them automatically. And as you just wish, you can share Git files with Confluence users who don’t have access to the repo, basically making it the single source of truth for your company.
If you haven’t tried Git for Confluence yet, we’d love to show you more about it! Reach out to us through our support, and we’d be happy to give you a demo and answer any questions.
