How do I permanently remove Gliffy diagrams from Confluence including the menu items that appear in General Configuration menu?

The Gliffy plugin menu appears in the General Configuration page

I've uninstalled and removed all Gliffy diagram attachments; however, when I select "All Gliffy Diagrams," I can still see the originals.
