How do I make the Visibility Add-on Accessible?

The Visibility Plugin is displayed and enabled in the Manage Add-ons page.

But within a site page if I try to add the macro, when searching it does not find it:

Hey Dan,

The Visibility Macros are called "Hide if" and "Show If", if you search for those tags I'm pretty sure you will see it .
