How do I integrate Confluence Knowledge Base with Service Desk?

Hi, I'm testing Confluence (for the second time).  I've created some knowledge base articles.  I would like to migrate my existing Wordpress support site over to confluence to integrate it with my Service Desk.  I find it very easy to create content on Confluence, but I have no idea how to integrate Confluence with anything else on Atlassian.  It seems like an island.  I'm using Service Desk with my customers and I can easily create tasks and bugs directly from Service Desks into JIRA - Confluence is not so intuitive.  Do you have a video or help session I can use to get me up and running?  Otherwise I won't be able to go past the trial.  BTW, I've gone through the online help docs, but they don't help at all. sad

Thanks,

-Brady

The most simple approach to this is pretty basic, but not strongly highlighted in the docs.

First, establish an application link between JIRA and Confluence

Second, go to one of your Service Desk projects in JSD and look at the project administration - you should find an option to point at a knowledge base, and it should recognise your Confluence is there.  Tell it the Confluence Space you want to use  as a KB for that Service Desk!
