How do I insert a "subscribe by email" option to the Knowledge Base blog?

How do I insert a "subscribe by email" option to the Knowledge Base blog? 

I've already set up the Feedburner feed.

Is there a macros that would allow me to insert the widget?  It is in a form.

Doesn't look like there is anything native to allow anonymous email subscribers to blogs but I found a great article to setup FeedBurner to manage it.

We've created a dedicated subscription page that is shown in our blog area to allow our clients to subscribe to our blog.

The problem with this is that most of our users don't have Knowledge Base logins. That is why I had originally gone with Feedburner.

We are wanting to do this for our clients as well since our users are our internal staff but we would like our clients to be able to subscribe via email to our Updates Blog.
