How do I include a work flow for approval?

I want to include a workflow in Confluence for document review and approval.

If your use case requires setting up workflow and automation, you need to be Confluence Premium or Enterprise user: https://www.atlassian.com/blog/announcements/confluence-automation

However, you can try an app from the Atlassian Marketplace and evaluate if this approach is good for you.
