How do I give view-only permissions to a group for all spaces that aren't private?

About 90% of our Spaces are open to our whole organization, and 10% are private to specific teams. We want to make a new group that has read-only access to the Spaces that are open to everyone. Is there a way to do this that does not involve individually adding this group to every open space?

Hi @she_her

You would need to add the new group to each space you want it to have edit rights to. Then, you can make it one of the default groups for new spaces going forward, and be sure to remove it when creating a more restrictive space.
