Hi,
My customers cannot view pages that were newly created in Confluence. I ensured that in JSM under the knowledge base settings it allows for all logged in users for those specific pages. The restrictions for the confluence are only that only specific people can view or edit. My customers can search for the page in the portal by typing in the name of the space, but when clicking on it they get a padlock and the page says you have no access. I specified that certain groups or individuals have view access for both the homepage and the child page yet they are getting errors. I am only noticing this for newly created pages. Did Atlassian change something in Confluence cloud recently? What can be done to give my customers access again to their pages?
Hi @Fahad Akhtar ,
For this specific question, it would be best to contact support.atlassian.com . Atlassian can access the log files and directly see what is going on.
