How do I get my domain pointing to a squarespace site?

Kevin Wallace March 12, 2015

I have just opened a squarespace account and want to use their website builder but obviously use my existing domain.

They have instructions on how to do this but the names don't quite match up.

I need to add the CNAME which seems obvious - and point it to them.

Then 4 A records - they call them @. I'm not sure how to get these - there are a number of A records in my settings - ftp, cpanel etc.

What ones do I have to change? Thanks.

Thanks, don't know how I got here - I was trying to access their help forum. I'll try harder!

I suspect this is a question for Squarespace, not Atlassian users.

I assume you want to run Confluence on Squarespace - that's fine, we can help you if you need to change its url and port to something that matches what you need to do to get it running on Squarespace, but not really your cnames and so-on.
