How do I delete an uploaded file?

How do I delete an uploaded file? I need to replace an old file that has been uploaded. Uploading with the same name doesn't replace it.

You need 'Delete Attachment' space permissions, then access 'Attachments' (paperclip at top of page) to open the list of page attachments, then click delete.

I believe, this is to delete the page, not an attachment to the page.
