How do I create automated templates i.e. I would like to select the Template type(inbuilt)

For example:

I click on Create Template

Confluence presents me with a list of Templates that I can create

I click on Pre-Analysis

Confluence prepopulates the page with the required heading?

From there, I would need to have the ability to create the sub pages that are linked to the Pre-Analysis.

In order to have something set that would generate a page and subpages you would have to use BluePrints.  https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/blueprints/
