How do I create a support ticket for permissions issue?

I have been creating user guides in Confluence for the last few weeks, including uploading, pasting, inserting images.  As of yesterday, I receive a permissions error when trying to execute these actions.

You'll need to ask permission to insert files here.

Hello @Trosclair_ Terry

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

Is this in the same space that you have been creating user guides in previously?

If so there may have been some permission updates on the Confluence side by an Admin either within that particular space or a global permission. If your company has an admin in charge of Confluence, I would first reach out to them to see if this is what is happening.

If you need to open a ticket with Atlassian support that can be done at the following URL: support.atlassian.com

Thanks Bryan.  Yes, it is the exact same space and pages.  I will check with Admins to see if something has changed with the permissions.
