Hello,
Is it possible to create a question decision tree where it asks you questions, and based on your answers, reveal more questions until you reach a final answer?
For example, an article would be called "I am having an issue with my printer". And inside the article, you need to answer questions to help troubleshoot and reach a final answer.
Ex:
- Is your printer plugged in? (Yes/No)
If you answer 'Yes', it reveals a different question "Is your printer connected to Wi-Fi?", and if you answer 'No', you get an answer "Plug in your printer"..etc.
Thanks!
Hello @Patrick Burns and welcome.
I recommend taking a look at the Guided Pathways for Confluence by Kolekti (Adaptavist). The app is designed specifically for usecases like yours.
Disclaimer: I do not work for Kolekti/Adaptavist :)
@Patrick Burns There is an app called Guided Pathways on the marketplace that could help -
Guided Pathways for confluence
Note - I do work for Kolekti part of the Adaptavist Group who make this but happy to discuss further if its of interest?

I don't think there is a macro that allows you to do this in Confluence. You can easily create sections with expanders. For example, you have a question and YES/NO as expandable text blocks, but they will stay static and will not influence each other.
You can use diagramming apps to show the connections between the different use cases/answers, but they aren't dynamic, either.
And you can always browse https://marketplace.atlassian.com/ for apps that may help you build what you need.
