How do I change the label "New Bar" in roadmap planner

When I click edit on the bar it allows me to put in new text. However then I save it, the new text does not appear in the bar and the old label "New Bar" remains. I have tried this several times, have successfully linked pages, and the new text shows when I click edit on the bar, but the primary view remains useless with a bunch of "New Bars" all over the map.

To add further information, this appears to be the same problem as outlined in the community item Roadmap planner. I have tried it in both IE and Chrome and it is the same problem in both. Is anyone aware of an answer yet?
