How do I change the color of mu pie chart report on confluence?

I am pulling reports from jira to confluence, I am using the macro function, I cant seem to find where I can change color from.

As @Hana Kučerová indicates, native pie charts don't allow color customization. You have to explore the marketplace for third-party apps.

We provide a commercial app called Dashboard Hub for Confluence. It allows you to create dashboards with pre-defined templates, custom charts and more than 60 metrics. One of the provided gadgets, the JQL Custom Charts gadget gives you the option to customize the colors:

You can build different types of charts and set colors with the help of the Chart from Table macro of the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app.
