How do I add more rows to "Discussion items" using meeting notes blueprint

1 answer

Hi Craig,

There are 2 ways to add more rows in a table in Confluence:

  1. When your cursor is in a table cell you can press the TAB key to move to the next cell.  If you are in the cell at the end of the last row, pressing TAB will create a new row.
  2. The other way is to use the table toolbar.  When you're working with a table this toolbar will be displayed:

To add another row, click the Add Row Above or Add Row Below button:

Add Row Above: 1 Add row before.png

Add Row Below: 2 Add row after.png

These methods work the same whether you are editing a normal page or editing a template.
