How do I add an existing page and it's children in a 'page properties report' macro

Varun December 19, 2019

So there is a product requirement page with a 'page properties report' macro.

New requirement pages are being generated using this macro and that is fine.

Under a hygiene/cleanup activity, I need to move the older requirement pages under this one.

I was able to move the pages with the 'move' option but they won't appear under the macro table.

How may I do that ?

Hi @Varun

the page properties report macro is relying on several filters to display the right content. One of them is at least a single label. Could you please check the configuration of the report macro and make sure the moved pages are matching the criteria?

Best, Max

Hi @Max Foerster - K15t

The macro has defined only 2 filters. label: 'requirements' and space: 'my-space'.

The parents of the new pages that I moved under this one has those labels, but it still won't pick them up.

If I search by that label, I am able to see all pages. Also, if I remove the label from a page which is already displayed in that macro, it stops showing that page.

But it won't pick up the moved ones
