Hi
How do I add a new user to our space?
Hello @Vanessa P
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Does the user already have access to your Confluence instance, and just needs access to another Space? Or does the user need to be granted access to you Confluence instance also?
If the user already has access to your Confluence instance and just needs access to an additional Space, an Administrator of that Space can add the user to the space through the Space Settings > Permissions page.
If the user does not yet have access to your Confluence instance at all, they will need to be invited to access your instance through https://admin.atlassian.com. Only Administrators can do that. More information on that process can be found here:

Hi @Vanessa P welcome to the community!
One solution is to use the space permissions in Confluence. Just note that you may need administrator permissions to use the solution. For more detailed info, you can refer to the following resources:
* https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/assign-space-permissions/
* https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/add-and-invite-users-138313.html
Hope the above helps!

Thanks I am trying to give John and Garrett access to our space.
I have confirmed John has an account and added him but he can't access the pages.

Hi! Did you know what John saw on his screen when accessing the page? If the problem persists, you can also contact Atlassian Support here.
