How create a index (or a summary) which list existing documents in a given space?

I need to create an index that counts how many documents there are in that space.

I think you will need some code to do this.  It might be possible in a user macro.

 @Nic_Brough__Adaptavist_  Do you know or could me tell wich code or macro I need to use for have the data whata i need?

Not off the top of my head, I'd have to go think about it.  I've not got anything similar scribbled up in my notes either.
