How can we update the confluence admin?

One of our team set up the trial and now he is the confluence admin but will not be involvd in the day to day, and even though he set me up as admin, all new user requests go to him for approval. 

He wants to change me to confluence admin, or add me as this if we can have multiple?

Does anyone know how to do this?

You can have multiple org admins. All org admins should receive emails on a new account request if set up.  Make sure you are an org admin and not just a space admin.
