Hi everyone :)
I am working in a company that create softwares for customers. Each of these customers have a tailored software, and then they need to have their own documentation.
Then, we would that our customers can launch their own Confluence space (where we have stored their documentation) from a "help" button in their software.
Each of our cutomers have an account in our software. When this press that "help" button, we would like that they access to their account in Confluence, or their company's account: does anyone has ideas of how we can manage this ?
How would connection from another software work ?
Any thoughts will be appreciated :), thank you !
Hi Fanny,
so their SW/webpage could have a link to redirect to a Confluence. However, this would not be seamless as they would have to login to confluence.
