How can we import a space into a self hosted Confluence instance?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Import a Confluence Space

Here, Atlassian descibes Import a Confluence Space:

Why is there no documentation about importing a Space into a self hosted Confluence instance?

Did Atlassian removed this function for self hosted Cutomers? This would be really annyoing...
