How can we have a list of decisions / tasks with the new Confluence

Michèle January 6, 2020

Hello,

With the previous editor, we could have a decision report listing all decisions contained in the space or in pages.  How can we do that with new editor?

I have the same question for tasks.

For decisions, we could defined a list of fields to be filled in ..

These features were very useful to write minutes and follow up on them.

Thank you in advance for your help

Hi @Michèle,

for tasks you can certainly still use the task report macro. Simply type "/task" in the editor and the task report macro should show up there.

For decisions it looks like you should be able to use the Page Properties Report macro as specified in these docs.

Hope this helps!

Best regards,
Sven

Hello Sven,

Thank you for the quick answer.  Ok understood for task.

For decision, it means that we still use old template format then ...

Hello again,

I thought about it further and in fact, using the decision page (created via a page property macro) will not help producing a list of decisions created with the new way of listing them in a document.  What would be needed is something similar as task report for decisions ..

So, is there a way to list all decisions mentioned in new editor pages?
