We're seeking to implement a shared blogging capability for one of our teams in Confluence. Rather than creating individual user accounts for each team member, we'd like to establish a single, collective profile that multiple users can access. This shared profile should allow team members to post, edit, and manage content collaboratively.
We require a seamless user experience where team members can switch to this shared profile without the need to log out of their personal accounts. Additionally, it's crucial that administrators maintain the ability to track and identify which specific team member is responsible for each action or post made through this collective profile.
This approach aims to streamline the blogging process while maintaining accountability and traceability within the system. Is this possible?
Hi @Esther Dacosta , welcome to the Community. Short of simply creating an account and sharing the password I can't think of a way of doing this. However, that does not allow for tracking individual input/changes. I am trying to understand why simply having users use their own accounts would not work.
