How can i create a "guide" or "manual" in confluence?

Basically, trying to get something like on this link: https://confluence.atlassian.com/get-started-with-jira-service-desk/create-service-desk-request-types-917968307.html

It has the "next pages" listed on the right with marking on the progress, as well as, Next and Previous in the bottom...

Are those macros available?

As Mizan already stated, Atlassian is using our app Scroll Viewport for Confluence.

Scroll Viewport gives you full flexibility on how to present your Confluence content to the public, without the need to change the Confluence UI itself. Compared to standard theming apps, you're not changing the Confluence UI, but define an alternative representation layer on top of Confluence.

Some examples of public-faced help centers built with Scroll Viewport can be found here:

• support.sapanywhere.com
• docs.bmc.com

All those sites store the content in Confluence pages, and use Scroll Viewport (and some of our other apps) to present the content in their companies style.

Also our own website and help center is based on Confluence and Scroll Viewport.

At the bottom of the page you mentioned there is a link to the add-on used in creating the page

Powered by Confluence and Scroll Viewport.

You can evaluate the add-on and decide if it fulfills your requirement.
