How can a label be updated or added to a Blueprints template

I have tried to edit the Meeting notes Blueprint template, and add a new label.
I have promoted the changes, but when creating a new page using the template, the new label is not shown

Are you sure the label is added in the Blueprint template. If so, use the template to create a new meeting note and the label appears once the page is saved

I can see that the label was added

but when creating a new page based on the template, it is not there on the label section, and of course, I cannot filter pages by this label
