Hi,
I have some e-learning packages which we developed in adobe captivate and i'm looking to host it on confluence. We don't want to use swf which uses flash and instead go the html5 option that adobe offers to create the learning packages in. When you create the packages, they contain multiple files within them (below)
I've tried the suggested solution here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/How-can-I-upload-view-HTML5-animations-in-confluence/qaq-p/305092 and have the html5 content on a webserver which i can access directly without any problems and the page loads fine.
However, when i use an iframe within confluence to show that content, the iframe returns nothing and it is only a blank screen that appears.
Does anybody have an idea on how to fix this?
Thanks
Hi Bryan,
Which browsers are you able to replicate the issue in, and what version of Confluence are you using?
Regards
Shannon
Hi Shannon,
I'm on confluence 6.6.2 and this issue is replicated in IE, Firefox, and Chrome.

Thanks, Bryan!
Could you confirm if the problem exists with both http and https? Is the URL added to the whitelist?
If there is content on the page besides the html5 video, does it also not load?
