I am working on a personal project and I want an external provider to help me do my work, but he is not part of my company and I don't know how I should share the project with him if he has his own Confluence license. Should I open a license for him from my Confluence platform or can I only do it with the sharing option?
HI @Ricardo Suárez Verlón You can Invite as a Guest User (If Available), Share Content via Public Links (Limited Interaction), Export Pages or Use a Shared Workspace, Provide Full Access by Adding to Your Confluence Instance.
If the external provider needs ongoing collaboration with you (e.g., editing, commenting), it would be better to add them as a user to your Confluence instance. This ensures seamless collaboration and access to all necessary tools and features within Confluence. If the interaction is minimal, using public links or exporting pages might suffice.
Shikha, thank you very much for your answer, it has been very useful to me. I appreciate your time and your availability to attend to my request. Have a great day.
