Before I remove an account, I want to be able to identify if the account holds ownership on components, customizations or add-ons that may become disabled and become unusable by the rest of the company. The account role is 'Trusted' and I have only removed the Site Access.
Are there any components that might become unusable if introduced by this account on removing the account? If so, how can I report and transfer those items?

Not aware if there's a way that you can get a list of all the places the user is tied to. The main thing you can check is what groups they belong in.
Components will not break if you remove this user. It just won't be auto-assign to anyone since the assign user is no longer on the system. So, all tickets for this user should be reassign to another team member and should be easily be done by the project admin for the projects the user was working on.
One thing to recommend is to deactivate the account if you want to retain historical information of what the user did. Once deleted, all the historical information and who did it is gone.
