Hello!

I am trying to insert headers with confidential notice by default (without pasting this headers in every document).

How can I insert headers on each page into my documents when exporting to pdf any of them?

Hi Catherine,

I try to answer your question for both the default Confluence PDF export functionality and also for the Scroll PDF Exporter app from the Atlassian Marketplace.

For the default Confluence PDF Export the following docs describe how to add a header (or footer) to you single page PDF exports > https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/advanced-pdf-export-customizations-198806890.html#AdvancedPDFExportCustomizations-headerfooter

For Scroll PDF Export you can use the template designer to do this easily. Furthermore it allows you to distinguish between different templates. Docs on using the template editor can be found here > https://help.k15t.com/scroll-pdf-exporter/latest/customize-document-sections-147034016.html

Best, Tobias
