How can I get rid of the top bar and display ONLY the wiki as themed. I don't want the Dashboard/login/search confluence showing.

I want to display a wiki to people not lots of options that would just confuse them. They don't need to search confluence if the theme has a search box. They don't need to log in or do anything else that's in the top blue bar. I want to just display the wiki.

It's not possible to customize layout on Confluence onDemand as mentioned here.
