Hello,
We currently use the Meeting Notes template quite heavily and we would like to be able to create a page that allows us to roll out all the decisions made in a space, page, etc.
How can I collect these Decisions similar to the way we collect Tasks? Is there a new
Edit: Found the first report that tackles this situation! Here it is:
Hello there!
Alia, if I understand correctly, you need to list all your Decisions in a report, akin to what the Task Report Macro does.
Currently, there is no macro or feature for that. Having this in mind, I just raised a new Feature Suggestion. You can check it here:
CONFCLOUD-66082 | Create a Decisions Report Macro
I tried using the Page Properties and Page properties report macro. However, the decisions where not displayed under the report macro, just the first column was.
Looking forward to your reply!

Seriously, why is that not yet a macro? Without that, decisions are nothing but a bulletlist with fancy bullets.

Completely true. I find myself each day having to decide whether to keep decisions with the document that gives it context or putting it in some massive list and having to link back to the original document.

Following. I agree. This feature seems so simple and necessary. I hope this is resolved. I need an aggregated list of all decisions from various meetings/projects for management review.

Should defnitely be part of Confluence Standards Macros.
But I assume we will soon get another plugin "just for another 5 bucks a month..."
Same gies for the Table Filter Macro. Was free in the past, but now needs installed afterwards with a "per user" license. Annoying!

I agree with the other folks, this should be a native feature of Confluence Cloud that does not require using a 3rd party app.

Hi Team. We have some great news :-) Please check out our new app where we managed to add decisions into Cloud pages.
After installing the app just click on "+" within any page and then on "view more". In the search bar enter "Decision".
This suite already includes 2 features but will be extended with further macros in future.
Please give us feedback or any improvements. Hope you will enjoy using the "Decisions"-feature finally
Feel free to upvote this answer if the feature is working for you.

having this feature integrated with Confluence would be very helpful to aggregate Decisions from multiple [related] meetings.

It is quite important when we are making department decisions for our weekly meeting. With weekly meeting, it's quite a hassle trying to find out where are the decisions made from the management across the different notes

The real story here is how much we like the task widget :)
That is an extremely effective way of tracking the happenings in meetings — I keep a panel on each project page that shows open tasks from meetings, and it's a great way for me, and everyone else who I can get to pay attention, to know what's expected at a rollup level I have control over.
The exact same functionality would be so useful for decisions, it would be fantastic to be able to have a time-sorted list of decisions covering the scope of a whole project, or even at a higher level if someone cares to watch over them. It would be amazing to go "what did we decide about that?" and know exactly where to go.
As it stands, I use a hashtag for findability, but it requires drill down and doesn't come anywhere near automating collection.
