The article I read to do this says " Space tools > Content Tools from the bottom of the sidebar" but I do not see "Space Tools" anywhere on the page.
We use this platform as our Help Guide for our software and need to be able to let users export multiple pages.
Look for Space settings > Manage space. You will only see this option if you are space admin or have export permissions in the space.
Thank you. I was granted Admin access and see that I can export pages as Admin. I was looking for a way to allow my software users who I will definitely not be giving them a login to the space... to export multiple pages.

If your users have read access to a page they can export that page to PDF like @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- is mentioning below. If you want them to be able to export child pages as well then you would need an app in order to do that, like Scroll PDF Exporter or Content Exporter.

Do you have a left-hand side bar at all? It may be collapsed, showing a thin vertical line from top to bottom next to the content, and with a > in a circle at the top to expand.
If you don't have that, then you are probably not logged into Confluence and are reading pages anonymously.

It depends on the permissions you have granted to people. Most Confluence systems have at least the basic protection that you have to log in to be able to read content. Reading content permission includes exporting to pdf.
