How can I export/import contents from excel into Confluence?

I need to export/import contents of an excel file onto a confluence page. Can you please let me know the options?

Attach it and use the "excel" macros to pull in data.  Copy the data and paste it in (Confluence will understand it's a table).  Use REST to poke it in.  Use a link to a saved sheet (the excel macros can be persuaded to read remotely stored files in some cases).  If they're in sharepoint (ugh), have a look at the sharepoint connector.

There's probably loads more I've missed because I've never run into...
